01 / THE PROCESS

Let’s keep it straightforward.

You don’t need to build the website yourself. We’ll agree on the details and work through it together.

  1. Tell me about your business.

    Email me what you do, what you need and whether you already have a website or domain. We’ll agree on the scope before starting.

  2. See it before it goes live.

    Review a private preview and request the changes included in our agreement. Check the wording and business details before approving.

  3. Give it an address.

    Once approved and the agreed payment is confirmed, I’ll help arrange the launch and connect your own domain.

Separate costs, clearly explained. Domain registration and renewal are paid separately to your provider. Any hosting charges will be confirmed before proceeding.

Ongoing updates and additional features are quoted separately. This is a proposed build price, not an online purchase.

03 / A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you say hello.

Do I have to set everything up myself?

No. I can guide you through the setup and prepare the website. You’ll review and approve it, own your domain account and grant any agreed access needed for the launch. Don’t email passwords.

What if I already have a domain?

Let me know in your email. We can look at using it and agree on how to connect the approved website without disrupting your existing email setup.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. We’ll agree on included revisions before work begins. You can request those changes during the preview review. Updates after launch or extra work are priced separately.

Can I edit the website myself?

A self-service editing dashboard isn’t included by default. If you need one, tell me before we agree on the project so we can discuss the requirements and any additional cost.

Do I need to call?

Email is a good place to start. I’m happy to answer your questions there, and we can arrange a quick call if that’s easier for you.
